Banana Coconut Protein Muffins

Muffin time! These are so good they need no intro..!

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (depening on the thickness of the batter)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

Preheat the oven at 200°C /390°F. Blend all the ingredients but the coconut water in a blender, slowly add the coconut water until the batter has reached the desired muffin batter consistency. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin..  and bake for about 20 minutes. Makes 6 perfect moist delicious muffins. Soooo goooooodddd… 😍
