These pancakes will not only support your fitness goals but also your taste buds, wooohoooo! Perfect for breakfast and as a post-workout meal and secretly.. it’s perfect for dinner.. when you have one of those “I’ll have breakfast for dinner” days shhhhhhhhhh.
- 1 banana
- 1 whole egg
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Optional topping: greek yoghurt, honey, cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (blender) until thoroughly mixed.
Place a skillet on medium-high heat and measure out about 3 tbsp of batter per pancake. Flip when the edges start browning. Serve with greek yoghurt or drizzle with honey or cinnamon for that extra sweet taste.
