Choclotate Protein Pancakes

Time to talk healthy pancakes. Pancakes healthy?! Eerrmm yes, super healthy! Just take a look at the ingredients and start cooking!

These pancakes will not only support your fitness goals but also your taste buds, wooohoooo! Perfect for breakfast and as a post-workout meal and secretly.. it’s perfect for dinner.. when you have one of those  “I’ll have breakfast for dinner” days shhhhhhhhhh.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp organic cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Optional topping: greek yoghurt, honey, cinnamon

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (blender) until thoroughly mixed.

Place a skillet on medium-high heat and measure out about 3 tbsp of batter per pancake. Flip when the edges start browning. Serve with greek yoghurt or drizzle with honey or cinnamon for that extra sweet taste.
