As some of you already know I like to keep everything in my life as simple as possible. To me simplicity is the way to go. My life is hectic as it is, being a single momma of 5 warriorz is a hard job in itself so when it comes to food and workouts I like to keep things simple with an exception every now and then.
This breakfast is sooooooo simpel but equally delicious and nutritious! Greek yogurt (or quark) with granola, blueberries and strawberries. That’s it. Greek yogurt is pretty high in protein, you have the carbs in the granola and berries and all the benefits of the berries all in one serving.
Berries are known for their great taste and nutritious values. They are packed with antioxidants, a great sources of fiber. Also they reduce degeneration of the eyes, and are an excellent source of potassium, many B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin K, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium and copper. The list just goes on and on you just can’t go wrong with berries!
