Today I sarted a new leg workout series!! The Diamond Legs series, because Diamonds are a girls best friend like a beautiful pair of legs. And shoes, shoes too.
Like I mentioned in my last Get Strong workout I started a new split. I will be training each bodypart twice a week divided in an upper- and lower body workout with an extra Hardcore Abs and glutes routine. I might even throw in some Yoga or Pilates in there, just for the fun of it.
Each upper- and lower body workout will have its own new series. The point of these new series is 1. It’s easier to navigate through all the workouts since they are automatically structured per muscle group (i.e. upper-, lower body, abs and glutes). 2. Hitting each muscle twice a week instead of once will increase strength and muscle definition. 3. It’s fun, like burpees.
Today’s workout was intense and hard. I took little rest between sets, and kept on going with almost no interruptions. Then all shizz happened. My bluetooth headphones ran out of battery. NOOOOOoooooooooooo!
Luckily it was my last set.. pfeww!

- Jump squats 3 sets 25 reps
- Squats low bar 4 sets 6-8 reps
- Superset 3 sets 6-8 reps each
- Walking dumbbell lunges
- Bulgarian split squats
- Superset 3 sets 10 reps
- Calves on Smith machine
- Bodyweight calves
- Superset 3 sets 8-10 reps
- Cable glute kickbacks
- Cable glute straight leg kickbacks
