Today’s workout is more focused on the upper body since we crushed legs yesterday! Go through each exercise for the amount of repetitions that are stated below. Then repeat it all again for a total of 5 rounds!

Breakdown:

  • 50 High Knees
  • 15 Push ups
  • 15 Pike Press
  • 10 Dips
  • 2 Minutes High Knees
  • 30 Mountain Climbers

Repeat 5 times!!
