The thing I love about this workout is that it can easily be done with just your bodyweight or you can choose to do it with (heavy) weights to build more muscles and strength. When you don’t have the equipment you can easily improvise, instead of a Kettlebell you can use a heavy bag, or bottles. When you don’t have a step or box just use a chair or stairs 😉 No excuses!

This workout is a time challenge, that means that you go through each exercise as fast as you can with proper form (!!!) with little to no breaks at all. You can use a stopwatch to measure the time you need to complete the entire workout. It will take about 20-25 minutes to complete 2 rounds.

Equipment:

  • Kettlebell
  • Fitness mat
  • Step or box

  • 20 Sumo Squats
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Bulgarian Split Squats Left
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Bulgarian Split Squat Right
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Sumo Deadlifts Kettlebell
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Single Leg Bridge Alternating
  • 10 Burpees
  • 40 Squat Pulses
  • 10 Burpees
  • 40 Squat Pulses
  • 10 Burpees

After this awesomeness it’s time for a challenge! 100 Pushups!!
