I have been running around all over the place lately that I decided to do some of my workouts in the evening. My mind is then at rest and focused on doing my workout since all of the other stuff is taken care of. This workout is a body weight workout, besides a mat you won’t need anything else! Set the timer for 15 rounds, 45 seconds intensity – 15 seconds rest. Go through each exercise a total of three times. Push as hard as you can to do as many repertitions you can in 45 seconds, but remember always use proper form!!! 


  • Pushups
  • Jump Squats
  • Burpees
  • High Knees
  • Walk to floor Pushups
