Burpees are a pain but oh so effective, it’s a full body kickazz functional exercise. With every single burpee, you’ll work your arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and of course core. You will feel the muscle-building benefits from head to toe and last but most definitely not least it gives the heart a good pump!

This workout foxuses more on the lower body and is a time challenge, try to go through it as fast as you can with little water breaks making sure that you always use proper form!!!!

  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Princess Lunges to Side Kick Left
  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Princess Lunges to Side Kick Right
  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Good Mornings
  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Prisoner Squats
  • 5 Burpees
  • 30 Alternating Standing Glute Kickbacks
  • 5 Burpees
  • 15 Round Kick over Chair Left
  • 50 Burpees
  • 15 Round Kick over Chair Right
