It’s that time again to do some damage.

Set the timer to 15 rounds 45 -15 seconds. Go through all the exercises and instead of resting do BURPEES! Yay!  As you can see you go through each exercise a total of three times to complete the 15 rounds. Push through!!

  • Pushups
  • Wide stance pushups
  • Diamond pushups
  • Plank rotation left
  • Plank rotation right

And yes now it is time to do the 100 Days 100 Pushups Challenge!

As you can see I am happy about that too..
