Sometimes you just have to make weird faces.

Any decent working out person knows what I am talking about. The faces we make when we are doing an exercise, all weird but totally acceptable. No one cares because we know it all about training hard an being bad ass. And bad ass we are.

Today was all about chest, triceps and weird faces and guess what.. it’s not Monday! Monday is known for being International chest day, THE day when all the guys (and some gals) train their pecs but not me.. I am rebellious that way!

As you can see in the breakdown below there is only one isolation triceps exercise, the reason is that the triceps are also trained when doing exercises like bench presses and push ups. After this workout I could barely feel my triceps anymore..


Warmup 3 sets: jump rope skipping and bench press just the barbell

  • Superset 4 sets:
    • Bench press 6 reps
    • 5 push ups
    • 10 burpees
  • Superset 4 sets
    • High pulley cable crossover increase weights every set. 4-8
    • Jump rope skipping  double unders
  • Incline dumbbell press  3 sets 8 reps
  • Cable triceps push down, 3 sets, last set dropset 6-8 reps
