Warm your self up jogging for 2 to 3 minutes same spot

30 squats
10 sec rest
20 side lunges each leg
10 seconds res
15 calf raises single leg holding 3 second count
10 seconds rest
20 lunges each leg
10 seconds rest
10 jumping squats
10 seconds rest
30 seconds duck walk
Rest 1.30
Then do this again 4 times
