  • Dumbbell lunges 4 sets 10 reps in total
    30 sec battle rope or jump rope
    Rest 30 sec
  • Leg press 4 sets 6 reps
    30 rep med ball slams
    Rest 30 seconds to minute
  • Standing calf raises (on smith machine) 4 sets of 6 reps
    Jump rope for a minute
    Right back into the workout
