  • Barbell incline bench press 3 sets 8,8,10
    Body weight squats for a minute
  • Cable flyes 4 sets last set dropset 3 sets 10 reps last set drop set
    Jump rope in between sets
  • Low pulley cable crossover 3 sets 10 reps
    Jump rope in between sets.
  • Triceps cable pushdown 3 sets last set dropset -10 reps
    Dumbbell triceps extension 8-10 reps
  • Decline barbell bench press (or dumbbell) 3 sets 8,8,10
    Skipping for a minute
  • Incline dumbbell flyes 3 sets 10 reps
    Mountain climbers for a minute
  • Cable flys 3 sets 12 reps
    Kettlebell swings light weight for a minute
