This workout is all about the shoulders and of course getting that heart rate up with active rests. No rest in between the different exercises, just keep moving!


  • Seated barbell press dumbbells 4 sets 8 to 10 reps
    High knees for min
  • Upright barbell row 3 sets 8,8,10
    Jump rope
  • Seated bent over rear delt raises 3 sets 10 10 12
    Sprint jumping jacks for 40 sec rest 20
  • Side raises 3 sets 10 10 12
    Single leg alternating lunges for min
  • Push ups to failure 3sets
    Air squats for min
