Get Strong AF #6  & #7

Finally after 6 weeks of no gym and no workouts I can do my thing again. Wooohooooooo!!!

Yesterday I did the Get Strong AF workout #6, legs focused and this morning I went on and did the Get Strong AF workout #7, chest and back focused. It was awesome. Kicked my azz, got my sweat on, you know the usual.

Breakdown Get Strong AF #6:

  • Squats 5 x 6-10
  • Superset 5 sets
    • Goblet Squats 6-8
    • Lunges 5 each leg
  • Jump rope skipping  (incl double unders) 2 min
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Cable Glute Kickbacks 8-10
    • Cable Side Kickbacks 5
  • Hip Thrusts 4 x 8-10

Breakdown Get Strong AF #7:

  • Bent over Barbell Row 5×10
  • Bench Press (dumbbells) 4×8-10
  • One-arm Dumbbell Row 4×6-10
    • Last set drop set until failure
  • Incline Dumbbell Press 4×6-8
  • Lat Pulldown 4×6-8
  • Cable Crossover 3×6-8
  • Kneeling High Pulley Row 3×8-10
