This was my second workout of the day. The first workout was the Get Lean AF #4 workout. A short 12 minute interval training that gets the heart rate up and boosts the metabolism.
After the HIIT I started lifting. I didn’t lift heave for 3 days and I just really really missed it! Plus I still have my other goals to reach ya know!!
- Deadlifts 4 sets 4-6 reps
- Goblet squats 3 sets 8-10 reps (slow and controlled)
- Superset 3 sets
- Single leg leg press 4-6 reps
- Calves on leg press 8-10 reps
- Cable glute kickbacks 3 sets 10 reps no rest between sets
It felt soooo good.. but my hands don’t really agree, well I like it ; )
