I have news! We are moving to another house! That’s one of the reasons I have been mia (missing in action) lately… but I am so excited! It always feels good to be able to make a fresh start in a new home. For the next month or so I will be extremely busy.. renovating the bathroom and kitchen.. well ok ok I probably won’t do much of that.. but I will do a lot of other ‘moving to a new house’ things!

- Split squats dumbbell 8 reps
- Bent over dumbbell row 8-10 reps
- Superset 3 3 sets
- Cable crossover 8 reps
- Low pulley cable crossover 8 reps
- Medicine ball slams 20
- Rear delt cable fly 3 sets 6-10 reps
- Lateral raise 3 sets 10 reps
