Today was back day! Woohooo! Legs are my absolute favorite but back is right up there with legs. Today I only did 3 supersets. Yup just 3… but.. each superset was at least 4 sets and I took little to no rest between sets to keep that pump going.

My personal photographer (stalker) took some photo’s and I noticed more muscle definition in my upper back.. awesomeness! 💪🏼👊🏼

Breakdown:

  • Superset 5 sets 8-10 reps
    • Bent over Barbell row
    • Upright row
  • Superset 4 sets
    • Kneeling high pulley row 10-12 reps
    • Single arm low pulley row 8-10 reps
  • Superset 4 sets 6-8 reps
    • Close grip lat pulldown
    • Wide grip seated cable row

That’s it! It doesnt seem much but when you look at the amount of sets and the intensity of the workout it actually is a killer. Enjoy!
