Today was back day! Woohooo! Legs are my absolute favorite but back is right up there with legs. Today I only did 3 supersets. Yup just 3… but.. each superset was at least 4 sets and I took little to no rest between sets to keep that pump going.
My personal photographer (stalker) took some photo’s and I noticed more muscle definition in my upper back.. awesomeness! 💪🏼👊🏼
- Superset 5 sets 8-10 reps
- Bent over Barbell row
- Upright row
- Superset 4 sets
- Kneeling high pulley row 10-12 reps
- Single arm low pulley row 8-10 reps
- Superset 4 sets 6-8 reps
- Close grip lat pulldown
- Wide grip seated cable row
That’s it! It doesnt seem much but when you look at the amount of sets and the intensity of the workout it actually is a killer. Enjoy!
