Shoulder boulder day! This morning when I got to the gym I felt so motivated and good that I was actually approachable and made small talk. Yes.. I know I am in shock too.

But after 20 sec of small talk I became my normal not approachable gym rat again and started my badazz workout. I was in the zone. I hit the delts from all angles starting with the classic military press and ending it with the bent over reverse fly. I had to use baby weights for the last exercise because I exhausted my shoulders so much I could barely keep proper form.

**No pink dumbbells were used for this workout**

Breakdown:

  • Military press 4 sets 6-8 reps
  • Superset 3 sets 8-10 reps
    • Face pulls
    • One-arm Linear jammer
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Front raise 8-10 reps
    • Lateral raise 4-6 reps
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Arnold press 6-8 reps
    • Cable rear delt fly 8-10 reps
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Pike press ’till failure
    • Bent over reverse fly 10-12 reps
