Working on them wheels! I train legs twice a week only because it is my favorite bodypart to work. I am thinking about doing a different kind of split to hit all muscles twice a week but I do want to keep lifting 5 times a week.. Monday through Friday.. so I’m not sure how I will do this.. or IF I will change my split. I’ll see. Anyways take a look at my workout below and let me know what you think!

Breakdown:

  • Sumo Deadlifts 5 reps 6-8 reps
  • Good mornings 4 sets 8-10 reps
  • Superset 4 sets
    • Hip thrusts 8-10 reps
    • Glute kickbacks till failure
  • Superset 3 sets
    • One legged Straight leg Deadlift 10 reps each leg
    • Cable glute kickbacks 10-12 reps each leg
