Full body blast! That was my workout this morning. I can only workout in the gym for 3 days this week so I decided to do a full body today and coming Friday as well. I was a bit tired this morning.. ugh I just love my bed, but got up and put my workout clothes on..  and got ready to kick some azz 💪🏼👊🏼

I started with legs, then worked my way up to my back and abs, then shoulders and chest and last but most definitely not least my biceps and triceps.  This workout took me about an hour, not counting the warmup and cooling down.

My favorite superset today was the dumbbell row with the plank.. see video.  I feel like I should have lowered my butt a little bit and keep it more steady.  As you can see in the video I was moving a little too much. I love recording video’s when I workout, it shows me my form and where I need to improve. No worries.. my fellow gym rats are used to it 😅


  • Leg press 4 sets 6-8 reps
  • Calves on leg press 4 sets 6-8 reps
  • Superset 4 sets
    • Single arm bent over dumbbell row 8-10 reps last set drop set
    • Plank plate transfer 20 reps total
  • Superset 4 sets 8-10 reps
    • Cable single arm shoulder press
    • Low cable crossover
  • Superset 3 sets 8-10 reps
    • Biceps cable curl with rope
    • Triceps extensions with dumbbell
