Chocolate brownies all pleasure and no guilt!
- 1 ripe avocado mashed
- 1 large ripe banana mashed
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops whey protein powder (I used vanilla but chocolate would obviously be way better)
- 1 whole egg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 heaping spoons organic cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: Dark chocolate with hazelnuts cut into small pieces
Preheat the oven on 180°C / 350°F. Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a seperare bowl mix all of the wet ingredients together. Add the dry to the wet ingredients and fold it in. Put the mixture in a baking dish with parchment paper. Put in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
