Todays Hardcore Abs workout seems easy.. but believe me, after the Fat Burn #10 and the 100 Pushups challenge I really felt it. My whole body was shaking and I needed some time to lay down.

Breakdown:

  • 5 Side plank toe touch each side
  • 5 Side plank kick to front each side
  • 10 Lateral hops to burpees

Do this 5 times with no rest. Only water breaks when needed!
