Hardcore Abs #4

No gym for me today because my youngest isn’t feeling well. Good thing today’s workout can be done at home!

First start off with the 100 pushups challenge, if you’re doing it of course and if not.. today is a good day to start! Then go right into the Hardcore workout.

Breakdown:

  • 30 seconds plank
  • 15 flutter kicks
  • 30 seconds plank
  • 15 leg lifts
  • 30 seconds plank
  • 15 crunches with medicine ball
  • 30 seconds plank
  • 15 toe touches
  • 30 seconds plank
  • 15 heel touches
  • 30 seconds plank
  • 15 mountain climbers

Repeat 3 times!! 

After this practice on pullups if you have a pullup bar and handstands. Good for the upperbody muscles!
