Hardcore Abs Workout #1

Today marks the day of the very first Hardcore Abs workout! Whooot whoooot! I did this workout right after the Get Lean #5 workout and it felt ah-mazing. Having strong abs will improve on overall sports performance aka you get better at squatting and deadlifting. Also, the stronger the core the less back pain there is. Just awesomeness all in one.

The secret to a better posture and balance is a strong core. That simple.

So this workout is again an AMRAP of 12 minutes. So complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes with proper form!!

Breakdown:

  • 10 Elbow to hand plank
  • 10 Flutter kicks
  • 10 Leg lifts
  • 10 Plank jacks
  • 10 Heel touches
