Chocolate time! No further introduction needed. Ok wait.. did I mention it’s super healthy, packed with healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals and all the other health benefits you can expect from dark chocolate? So good! Check the recipe out below and let me know what you think!
1 cup of soft coconut oil
2 heaping tablespoons of raw organic cacao
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
10 pitted soft dates
1 heaping tablespoon dried cranberries
1/4 cup roasted unsalted pistachios
1 small square (12 grams) dark chocolate at least 70% cacao.
Cover two little dishes with parchment paper.
Mix the coconut oil, cacao, coconut flour, dates and cranberries in a food processor or blender until mixed well into a liquid.
Divide the mixture evenly over the two dishes.
Sprinkle the dark chocolate and half of the pistachios on the mixture in one dish, and the other half of the pistachios into the other dish.
Put it into the freezer for about an hour, break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!
