Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Super healthy snack! PB Protein Bites!

I am a huge lover of peanut butter. For realz. I can eat it every day, all day that’s how much I love it. Peanut butter (pb) tastes good with almost everything like a pb and banana sandwich, or pb and dark chocolate sprinkles, or an apple with a pb dip.. soooooo good!!  It is only natural that I come up with another delicious simple recipe with, yes you guessed it, peanut butter.

These little peanut butter bites are so delicious it’s hard to resist them.. unless you don’t like peanut that case.. uhmm no.. just no.

So here’s the breakdown for the super delicious simple recipe:


  • 1 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • 1/2 cup Oats (rolled)
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Decoration (optional):

  • Shredded Coconut
  • Melted Dark Chocolate (72%)
  • Chopped Nuts (all kinds)


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. When the consistency is a bit too dry splash in a tiny bit of water (1 tbs) or any kind of milk until you reach the desired consistency.  Roll them into little balls. To decorate them roll them in shredded coconut, or dip them in melted dark chocolate, chopped up nuts etc..

Put in fridge for at least 1 1/2 hrs, or store in freezer.

The great thing about these bites is you can just mix and match as you please, add more honey if you want more sweetness, or replace it with another kind of sweetener. Mix in (dried) berries or other dried fruits, figs, dates, etc. Or add an extra scoop of whey protein with a splash of almond milk! The possibilities are endless!
