Pesto alla Genovese Salmon

This Pesto alla Genovese Salmon is by far my kids’ favourite way to eat Salmon and mine too! It’s so easy to make, no need to slave in the kitchen for hours and hours. It takes less than 25 minutes to prepare and cook this!!! Take a look below and enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • Salmon
  • Pesto alla Genovese 100 grams
  • Splash of water (for a mor creamy texture use cooking cream or milk)
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven on 200°C. Mix a splash of water with the pesto. Put the Salmon in a baking dish, grind some fresh pepper over it and pour the pesto all over the salmon.

Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. 

Perfect with a fresh salad and rice yummmmm!
