Roasted chickpeas are one of my go-to snacks, especially during the winter when I need that comfort food because somehow I can’t get warm (I am seriously not made for winter bleh!). Comfort food, especially comfort food snacks make me feel warm and help me survive the winter.

- 230gr Chickpeas
- 1.5 tsp Freshly grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic
- Himalayan Salt
- Black pepper
In a skillet roast the chickpeas, add the seasoning cook for another 2 minutes and done!
