Smoked Salmon Rolls with Avocado and Walnuts

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 Whole Wheat Wrap
  • 30gr Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Lettuce or any kind of greens
  • 1/2 Roma Tomato
  • 15gr Walnuts
  • Dill
  • Black Pepper
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Optional: Splash of Lemon

Take the wrap out of the package put on a plate. Put the lettuce in the middle of the wrap, add the avocado, Roma tomato and season with black pepper and a tiny bit of salt. Add the smoked salmon and sprinkle some dill on it (& splash of lemon). Roll it up and cut in to small pieces.
