It’s a smoothie kind of day! What I love about smoothies is that they are so simple to make and they are so delicious and healthy! It’s so easy to mix all different types of raw fruits, vegetables and fluids like water, any type of milk and/ or yogurt. Smoothies made with fresh ingredients are packed with so many nutrients that it’s like a big vitamin bomb in the body!
Ingredients 1 big serving:
- 5 medium chopped strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium chopped banana
- 1/5 cup frozen berries
- splash of almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Put the frozen berries in the blender, then add the splash of almond milk and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well pour in glass and enjoy!
