This might have been one of the best upper body workouts I have ever done.  For realz. I went from one exercise to another just cruising through the workout, minding ma own business with ma music blasting loudly in ma earz. I was in the ZONE! Bam!

I decided to do three exercises per muscle group, going from light weight to heavy weight to moderate weight etc. I love shocking my body. I have noticed that since I am doing this new split I have made progress fast, lifting heavier each week and looking stronger and tighter.

My diet isn’t on point, to be honest I don’t want it to be. I like the little fluff that I have and I love my feminine curves. That little extra fluff that I am carrying are my favorite memories, my celebrations of life with my family and friends, my spontaneity, my freedom and my love.

Wow.. that was deep.

Now back to this awesome kickazz workout. Try it, no, conquer it and feel ah-ma-zing.


  • 15 minutes jump rope skipping – double unders
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Lat Pulldown wide grip 8-10
    • Lat pulldown reverse close grip 4-6
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Dumbbell row both arms 8-10
    • Dumbbell bench press 8-19
  • Superset 3 sets
    • Cable Iron Cross 8-12
    • Cable crossover 6-8
  • Superset
    • Face pulls 8-10
    • Lateral raise 6-8
  • Superset
    • Front raise 8-10
    • dumbbell curls 8-10
  • Superset
    • Biceps cable curl 10-12
    • Triceps cable push down with rope 8-12
  • Tricep dips 3 sets ’till failure
