My simple easy delicious vegan oatmeal is good for every soul. Even if you aren’t vegan. Seriously try it out.
This version is high in protein because of the added protein powder, feel free to leave it out, it will still be delicious!
- 50 gr oats
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1 medium banana raw
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
Mix the oats, almond milk and protein powder together, microwave it for about 2 minutes, stir well. Add the banana and the cinnamon and eat. You can also make this as overnight oats, meaning instead of microwaving it you just leave it in the fridge overnight and its good to eat. But I like my oatmeal to be hot, because it’s cold outside.
